How long does it take to get our finished prints delivered?
Our minions are working as fast as they can...
So please bear in mind our printing and production time is 13-15 business days. Allow for an additional 1-2 weeks for postage Australia wide.
If posting internationally please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for postage.
What happens if my finished print is misplaced during shipment or arrives damaged?
Don't worry we gotcha!
Replacement items for damage during shipping or misplaced prints will be honored within a 30-day return policy starting from your order date.

We can liaise with you to ensure you are getting the best sized print for your wall.
Do you include digital images?
I can see the potential need for this to be done. However all of our photographs are a collection of original images we have taken over many years and thousands of kilometers of traveling to remote places.
We do not sell digital images as we feel you, as our customers, are not getting the value you deserve from our photos.
And lets be honest these photographs would look so much better printed and hanging on your wall than posted all over social media.
Can I use your photographs for commercial use?
Ahh that's a hard no...
As a professional photographer in Australia, it’s important to be aware of the copyright laws that apply to our work. Copyright law in Australia is governed by the Copyright Act 1968, which sets out the rights that we have in relation to our work.
Under Australian copyright law, we as professional photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce our work in material form. This means that only we have the right to make copies of our photos, and no one else can do so without our permission.
Photographers also have the right to control how our work is used, and to receive payment for its use.
Do you shoot weddings or family portraits?
Well...
We have been asked to photograph weddings in the past. But sadly it is not our forte. We're more introverts than anything so prefer to be way out bush photographing natural landscapes and wildlife, rather than navigating ourselves attempting to pose big groups of people for wedding shoots.
There are many amazing wedding photographers out there who will be able to capture your special day perfectly.
We may however be tempted by cute pets for family portraits. So please enquire for family photoshoots for availability.
